General Questions:

What types of payment do you accept?
We
accept check, cash, or money orders. All orders and projects must be prepaid in
full before we can begin our work.
2.
Why do I have to pre-pay?
Because our company's projects involve media,
equipment wear and tear, and a designer's time (editing, logging, designing),
we require customers to prepay before services can be rendered. The only exception
is for large scale contracts, and that is determined on an individual customer/contract
basis. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.
3.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee policy?
Yes.
We will be glad to work with you if you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a
project; however, we can not offer refunds on all of our products and services.

Videography Questions:
1.
What coverage do you offer a for the wedding ceremony?
Typically
we will arrive at the venue an hour and a half before the ceremony starts. We
will tape some pre-ceremony clips as time allows, but if you would like to have
the pre-ceremony on your final dvd, coverage can be added to any package at $50
per hour.
2.
How long will you cover events for the reception/rehearsal?
The
Rehearsal coverage includes up to two hours of availability. The Reception coverage
includes up to 4 hours of availability. Additional video coverage can be added
to these packages for $50 per hour.
3.
What is the turnaround for finishing our Wedding Video?
Typically,
we require up to 8 to 12 weeks to fully edit your wedding video and create a professional
DVD. Turnaround time also depends on the backlog of our other projects. Feel free
to contact us as to the status of your video.
DVD Transfer Questions:
1.
What is the turnaround for finishing our DVD transfers?
We
typically require 4-8 weeks to transfer your videos to DVD. Turnaround time is
dependent on the amount of current transfers we currently have. Feel free to contact
us as to the status of your order.
2.
What length of video can be recorded on a DVD?
We
put a maximum of 2 hours of video on a single DVD in order to ensure the highest
quality presentation. We also offer the option of spreading a 2 hour video tape
onto 2 DVDs (1 hour on each disc) to give the customer an ever better video. In
other words, the less time on the DVD, the more data can be used to improve the
video quality.
3.
What do I receive with my DVD transfer?
You
will receive a high quality DVD in a standard sized DVD case with a custom printed
and labeled jacket. On disc labeling is available for an extra cost.
4.
What text do you put on a DVD label or jacket?
Unless
otherwise indicated, we will put the text that is on the tape we receive (written
on the spine or on the tape case/jacket). You are allowed to send your own text
for labeling the DVD - please indicate clearly on the case and/or tape. The label
must be attached to the case or inserted inside the case or jacket.
5.
Will my DVD have a menu?
VHS
transfers include a basic menu that is automatically generated by our system.
If you would like a custom designed menu, please contact us. DVD production packages
start at $100.
6.
Will my DVD have chapters?
Yes. These chapter markers are automatically
created every 5 to 7 minutes for the duration of the video. If you would like
to customize the chapter locations or have chapter menus, please contact us. DVD
production packages start at $100.
7.
Why should I pay to have my videos transferred when I can do it myself?
One
reason to choose us is because we route all video signals through several levels
of processing before being recorded to DVD. This allows the signal to be cleaned
and improved in ways that cannot be done with consumer equipment, vcrs, or dvd
recorders. Our professional tools will be able to make the most of your videos
before going into the digital domain. Our prices are also very competitive compared
to other online transfer houses.
8.
Do you accept contracts for government and education?
Yes.
Contact us for pricing and bidding information. We accept contracts from government
and education customers such as schools, libraries, etc. Discounts and custom
pricing can be arranged for large orders.
Slide Show Questions:
1.
What is the turnaround for finishing our Slide Show?
Please
allow at least 5 business days for creating your Slide Show.
2.
What do I need to provide for a "Scanned Slide Show Package"?
Please
provide the following: Photographs, Titles, and a CD containing your Music Selections.
Photographs should be in the order you wish for them to appear in the slide show.
Titles should seperate each section of your photographs and should be written
clearly or typed. Many customers use note cards or post-it notes for the titles
and place them in between the photographs. Title cards should include the text
you wish to use (e.g. "Growing Up", "Dating") and the song
you wish to have playing. You can include any other notes if you wish, and we
will make every effort to include those in the production. Please
allow at least 5 business days for creating your Slide Show.
3.
What do I need to provide for a "Slide Show Package" if I scan the photos?
Please
provide the following: Photographs on CD or DVD, Titles, and a CD containing your
Music Selections. Photographs should be in the order you wish for them to appear
in the slide show, or a list describing the picture order should be included.
Titles should be provided (on paper or in text file on the disc), or you can name
the disc's folders as the titles you wish to be used. Photographs should be scanned
at 150 dpi or better (200 dpi is recommended). Please include information regarding
where you would like the music to be playing - you can put this information in
a seperate file or with the folder names. Some sample folder names with the slide
title and song title would be: "Growing Up-Sesame Street Theme Song",
"We're Getting Married-Going to the Chapel". You can include any other
notes if you wish, and we will make every effort to include those in the production.
Please allow at least
5 business days for creating your Slide Show.
4.
Can I preview the Slide Show before the final video is made?
Yes, we do
offer preview sessions for $50. We will be happy to make notes of any changes
you would like to have before we give you the final DVD. Due to time constraints,
the number of changes we can perform is subject to our discretion; however, we
will make every effort to include all of them.
5.
Can I add a custom designed case for my Slide Show DVD?
Yes,
we will create a custom designed DVD jacket for an additional $30. These look
just like our Wedding DVD jackets. Slide Shows include 3 copies on DVD - additional
copies with the DVD jacket can be purchased for $10 each.

1.
Do you offer hosting for our web site project?
Yes,
we can host your web site and set up your domain name on our servers. We have
competitive prices that can be included in your total web solution.
